Ordered tile on Jan 16th with 4 - 6 week lead time. It is now over 4 months and still no sign of the tile I prepaid for. Have been misled by the company numerous times regarding shipping dates. I was told it shipped last week but when it did not arrive and I could not get any answers as to the location of the tile for 2 days, it became clear that the tile did not ship. Today, I am being told (for the 5th or 6th time) that it is in the kiln and will ship next week. Homeowners are scheduled to take possession of the house in a week. TOTAL disappointment. Terrible company.
