An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. We are extremely pleased with our tripled glazed windows. With the extreme cold weather we have been experiencing of late, it is soooo nice to not have one speck of condensation on any window...not even the kitchen or bathroom. We have also had our first energy bill since the installation and have seen a significant drop in the gas component...I feel, due to the new windows. Also, thank you Karl for taking a stand re the very last minute cancellation of our original installation date. I feel you had a hand in getting the crew back to us within a week instead of 10 days. The crew worked diligently and with precision. The only negative was regarding the care they took coming in and out of the house. They put down some sort of cloth tarps over our hardwood and slate. However, within one trip in and out of the house the tarps moved about exposing the flooring and leaving it open to the large amount of wet snow which would get tracked in. Overall there is definitely a lot more good than bad comments to reflect upon.
