New Custom Home Build- Loved Windows First!!!!!
My husband and I took on the challenge of building our own custom home and were the General Contractors for the job. As such, we hired all of our own contractors, got many quotes and were involved in every step of the process. From the first email sent requesting a quote for windows and doors for our new home, Windows First was amazing. The customer service has been top notch. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly answered. As with building anything, accidents happen and a couple of our windows were accidentally broken by other contractors doing various jobs, we told them (Windows First) and they replaced the broken glass without hesitation! I can not say enough about how amazing they have been! I will recommend them to anyone I know who is building. Special thanks to our friendly sales guy Steve.
