We were very impressed with the knowledge and understanding Karl had when he came to give us ideas and quotes. Supreme was the 3rd company we received estimates from. Karl answered all our questions, even after the fact, we were able to reach him through email and always a prompt reply. The product we received was exactly what we wanted. We had a slight problem with our screen door after the installation, but we called and Supreme was very promt in returning to rectify the issue. I would definately direct any of my friends and family to Supreme and especially to Karl. He was the deciding factor in choosing Supreme. We are now looking at new windows, Karl and Supreme will be our first and only call.
