In 2010, my bathroom had a clogged exhaust vent when I bought it and a few years later I noticed some mold starting to form along the ceiling. Tom did an excellent job of getting rid of the mold, installing an exhaust fan, and repainting the bathroom. He was able to troubleshoot the wiring needed to get the fan working (our old building has very unpredictable wiring and structure), and did a solid paint job that's holding up even 7 years later. We haven't had any mold issues since!
