* $2653.24 spent on a king mattress that lasted less than one year * over a year to have it replaced by the manufacturer * replacement mattress lasted about 3 years (in actual fact only about 18 months but we tolerated it as long as we could) * jury-rigged frame that misaligned the box springs and contributed to the overall problem. Will never, under no circumstances buy anything from this retailer again. I would give them zero stars if possible.
