An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hi Karl, I wanted to let you know how great our new windows are! They are all in and installed and the first thing we noticed was how much quieter it is! Plus the drafts that we used to feel have all disappeared! Your service from when you came to the house and started the process of educating us about windows and Supreme’s products has been great. It was professional and extremely helpful as we started to decide on the types of windows, the cladding and the casings etc.. Your advice was very very helpful. You met us after hours at the showroom and took us into the back so we could see first hand the process and the advantages of Supremes products. The installation went way easier than we anticipated and Kevin and his crew were great! They were very respectful, hard working and efficient and all 15 windows and 2 doors were installed in the 2 days assigned and under some challenging weather conditions. Kevin was creative to solve some tight space locations and the finished product looks outstanding! Having the window casings delivered early for painting was a great suggestion as well as using the fir frames.
