Garnet was very friendly. He was courteous, came quickly and is extremely friendly. He diagnosed the problems, offered solutions and alternatives. He quickly found the root cause of the problem. His explanations were very thorough and he would clarify if requested. He even parked his van in a paid parking lot. I felt really bad for him having to pay $20 out of pocket, since there is visitor/contractor parking in my building. The pricing is very affordable. Will definitely call him again. I wish him the best.
