We had handscrapped hardwood installed on the entire first floor, about 950 square feet. It took the better part of a week to complete the job. We had ceramic tiles to remove first, which took a lot of time. It was a messy process but the installers did a good job taping the area off. The installer Steve suggested some custom stair nosing work and it turned out really nice. The guys were careful and polite. They did a really nice job. The day after they finished we heard a dripping from the washer and dryer. We called Gary and he came right out to see us. Apparently one of the washer hoses was worn. He went out and bought a new one and installed it on the spot – no charge! Thanks for the great install and better service. It's hard finding good work like Gary's crew did.
