From my first contact with Shelley I was impressed with the customer service. Shelley took the time to explain the different options available, and what the difference was in price and potential energy savings. Shelley never tried to up sell me, and just wanted me to be able to make an informed decision. Laura in scheduling despite having left for the day, emailed me to set up an installation date. Chris and his associate arrived on time and asked me where I would like the unit installed. They treated my home as if it was their own, putting down cloths to ensure they did not damage my hardwood floors. They wiped down my stairs to the basement when they were finished, to make sure no dust was left from their boots while they had been in my basement. I would definitely recommend Applewood Air Conditioning to anyone considering installing an air conditioner.
