We ran into difficulty with the dishwaser, It would not complete a normal wash cycle. Dale refered us to LG for support, Lg responce was less than adequate. The dishwaser was eventially returned after LG and thier contractor tried to fix it. Dale stepped us through the process and eventially refunded the purchase price.
