I would recommend Jim to anyone and everyone. I have purchased three homes and had Jim inspect every one. Fortunately for me he did such a thorough job that he exposed some major problems with one potential buy. After he explained the costs involved in buying such a house, I let that deal fall through. I now understand the importance of having a home inspector that is truly working for you and not your real estate agent.
