Planning and Design: Fine design was able to work with us in identifying key features and elements that we had wanted to incorporate in our outdoor space and effectively translate it into a functional design. Braden had invested ample time in this stage of the project to review materials, layouts and design alternatives thus ensuring that we were comfortable with the overall vision. Estimates: Detailed estimates were provided in a professional manner. The breakdown allowed us to prioritize and breakdown the project into distinct phases and cost areas which helped our budgeting process. Execution: The Fine Design team arrived onsite on time according to plan. All team members were very professional in their craft. Braden’s team kept us well informed throughout the process. We were the first to know if there were any potential setbacks due to logics or simply unfavorable weather. Revised timelines were discussed and therefore there were never any surprises along the way. Results: We couldn’t be happier with the results and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working with Fine Design… in fact we already have.
