We called this company to assist with a jammed lock. As the service provider arrived we were able to enter the house. Bruce the service provider called his manager/ owner to request he just walk away as no service was given. Henry ( manager/ owner )refused and charged me $135 . When I inquired he was not very helpful. We then hired another company to replace our jammed lock. Very disappointing!
