Jordan had just arrived in our small town of Princeton, BC when my furnace stopped working. It was -30 and we had no heat. He was still in the process of unpacking and settling his wife and 2 year old daughter when I called. Within 15 minutes he was at my door. Furnace fixed and heat within 20 minutes.
