James is quite knowledgeable and found some flaws in are house plans and help us when we changed thing in our plans. Garret came to work site and checked out our progress as we were building the exterior and help us find contract workers. The delivery and pickup of materials to the job site was prompt and well managed. The house is build with the ICF blocks.
