Fabric Depot is almost overwhelming when you arrive. There are notions and fabric hanging from everywhere but the staff are super helpful in pointing you in the right direction. It's not a store to find patterned fabric (go to Fabricland or a quilting store) but is great for home decor materials. We found that they had over a dozen different colours of velvet.
