Easily the worst possible service provided by any company we have ever dealt with. The son relies on the reputation his father built while being in business for 30 years, and he will tell you that story every time you see him. What he hasn't figured out is that now he's running the company, he needs to maintain the reputation. During our first year inspection they failed to complete all of the necessary defects. During the second year, they still missed items. As a family that has had to move every three or four years for work, we have dealt with numerous builders, and none as unscrupulous as this company. They have no standards as far as the cleanliness of their work sites, or respect for those who live around the job sites. It is to be understood that a subdivision under construction will be noisy and dirty, however a little clean up of the work area goes a long way. Their after purchase service is terrible, and the current son who operates the company is beyond words for a public website. If you buy one of their homes, do not buy direct, and do not expect anything that resembles service.
