We called this guy about our rat problem. We should have known better by his abruptness on the phone but we booked him anyways. The guy "Ray" shows up, looked like he just woke up...it's 2:00 pm. shirt hanging down, dirty appearance and rude as hell. He charged us for service and insulted my wife with his condecending attitude. Never followed up and to this day has not returned our calls. We were stuck with the disagreeable task of plucking dead rotten rats from the traps and doing it ourselves. AVOID like the plague!!
