Cheap to operate. I've never had a Warranty Claim since installing this unit. Easy to operate. Well written manuals. 44,000 btu Output Open Loop Geothermal Water Furnace, including Air Conditioning, Hot Water Heater & built in Electric Backup Heat Core heating system. It is turned OFF until needed.
