I was to have new stainless steel and glass railings fitted by Rani Iron Works. Do not know quite where to start as it was a problem from start to end (its still not finished). I belieied his sob stories and gave him over $18,000 for a job which we will end up doing again. They damaged my new wood floors (scratches, dents and ping screwdrivers). Damaged my new wood stairs, melted bolts into my carpet, ill fitted the glass, glass chipped, mounted railings unevenly, took over 8 months, told me I was being "too picky". Have a look at a few of the pictures - this is how it is TODAY!! We have not heard from them to correct the flaws and I do not have the time or energy. If any lawyer wants to take it on - it will be an easy case!! I am not telling you to not use this company but if you would like your job to end up like mine........go ahead!!
