First off, Sean was super responsive and friendly. He came and quoted me quickly for what I needed. He let me know everything that I had questions about and I could tell he genuinely cared. Great communication about scheduling, and was very understanding when I needed to postpone for personal reasons. Once we were able to go ahead with the service it was quick and effortless on my part. The job was done very well, considering that my house does have some hiccups. Very happy with my kitchen fan which needed replacing and proper venting. We also had a basement bathroom vented and I look forward to finishing that reno knowing the ductwork is in place.
