We obtained a quotation from A1 to replace half of the windows in our home, our plan was to do half this year, and half next, but the pricing was excellent so we decided that because we could afford it, we would go with the replacement of all of our windows.
Their sales staff were top notch and very attentive. We had numerous questions, which were answered promptly and with great detail, we were also provided with a tour of their facility and show room so we could view their products and make final decisions on style, model, etc.
The installation team was also top notch. Very professional crew. They arrived precisely on time in the morning and were done earlier than expected. Even the final site clean-up was better than expected. Their guys took the time to sweep and mop their way out of our house to make sure they got any last traces of dirt or debris that may have fallen off the protective carpet they installed before trucking their gear and any materials into our home.
I work with very good contractors on a daily basis in my line of work. I have come to expect a certain standard of professionalism from trades people that I work with, and I can confidently say that A1 exceeded my expectations in every manner conceivable.
