We got an 11th month warranty inspection done with Sherlock Homes Inspectors for our new home in Okotoks and we couldn't have chosen anyone better to do our inspection! Gary was on time, very thorough and inspected things we didn't even think of! He used thermal imaging during the home inspection and also gave us home maintenance tips as we went along. Within 48hrs of the home inspection being done, we were emailed a huge and very detailed report, including pictures of his findings and he was also available for any questions or concerns we had. It was well worth the money and we are so glad we choose Sherlock Homes Inspectors!
