It's -18 c in Calgary, Mike still climbed up to check the roof ! He checked all the details of the house, also explained the observations and comments clearly during the inspection. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I do recommend him, especially the buyers who need home inspection.

and it was -25 C wind chill. There was so much snow on the roof that all I could do was clear off an area to look at it. You found a nice house there, Tracy.
