There was some initial misunderstanding between us and the contractor due to what seemed to be some miscommunication between the person that sold us the deck and the person that was planning it/building it. This was quite stressful for us but after everything was resolved the deck was built quickly and professionally. We did find some small issues with the deck after a month or so, such as wobbly railings in places. But for the most part, we are happy with what we got for the price!
