I brought a wildcat in for warranty work which was known for a upgrade to be done for a front end occurring problem that Arctic cat knows about. They told me be done in week, then was told needed front differential and be another week. 6 weeks later with warranty up now calling every week telling me part will be here this week and my brand new machine sitting outside in winter weather still not fixed and no response to my last phone on a time line. This is unacceptable as a service department and very upsetting as a customer
