I was impressed at the quick response and the fact they did exactly what needed to be done and even emailed us pictures of the repair on the roof as we can't get on the ladder to inspect it. I also had peace of mind knowing they have been around for over 25 years and their crews were very knowledgeable. 2 thumbs up!
