From the meeting to discuss what I wanted to the completion of the work, I was impressed with Jeff's observations, ideas, and corroboration that my ideas were feasible. He suggested things I hadn't even noticed, or thought of, that made an amazing difference to the overall look and use of the cupboards and work that was done. All of the people who work for, and with Jeff, have the same ethic of great work, the best work, and excellence. There was not a time, at the end of the day, that I had to clean up. It was done! (Prior to working at my house, Jeff and Associates had done an excellent renovating job for my daughter....a very large job! He became like family and was a welcome part of their daily routine.) The cost was discussed thoroughly before we began anything and there were no surprises at the completion of my project. The work was worth every cent!!! I love all of the work that was done...from the built in audio/visual cabinet to the dining/kitchen area section that was added. Jeff reworked my stairs to the 2nd level and made them look like they were all wood with a wooden riser and carpet on the top...an excellent look! The hardwoods have been a bonus to my home. Too bad for me, that I didn't have Jeff Roberts and Associates do the first hardwoods! I recommend his work without any exception...the best!!! C. L.
