1st year was good, 2nd year horrible.
We were impressed with the service the first year so we booked them again for the second year. That was a mistake. We had nothing but issues with every aspect of the job. Scheduling was painful as we were rescheduled then they split the job for interior and exterior. Said they were going to show up then didn't. Saying they could not locate the house. Said they called, but with they never did as call display and call history never showed an attempt to call. Once they actually made it out they missed 1/2 the lower level. This meant a repeat visit was required. Well this was another scheduling nightmare filled with no shows. And above all else the quality of the work was not the same as the first year either. It took approximately 3 months for them to complete a 3 hour job. It also cost my wife hours of lost contract revenues as she had to reschedule over and over and cancel appointments. Once the job was finally complete then the bombardment of calls for payment. I will definitely NOT recommend.
