From plumbing repairs to furnace inspection/maintenance, these guys are prompt, efficient and don't overcharge! I cannot say enough about how focused they are on customer satisfaction! I have just enough time to hang up the phone and they're at the door!! Technicians take the time to listen to the concern and ask probing questions. They are efficient at examining and explaining the cause, and offer immediate solutions!! Love you guys at Ron Nickason's!!!!!

Pros: Neat install of propane furnace & piping Cons: Just a kid, Impossible to get a hold of, consistently neglects to return phone calls (thank god I didn't have an emergency)
