Worst customer service. They tell you lifetime warranty on the product. After a year and a half front door glass shattered on its own and they refused to fix it. They told me that the glass is only covered for 1 year but yet we were never informed this during the purchase. Save yourself the headache and buy your products elsewhere. Anybody besides them is better. I also complained that my front door was leaking air and they pushed the blame onto the framers then the installers. Nothing was ever Martindales fault. Worst experience ever. Will never recommend them.
