We first had ductwise come to our home to clear out a clogged dryer vent; despite a very long run (over 20ft); they were able to quickly assess the problem and fix it efficiently. We have no further issues with our dryer and appreciated their professionalism. After such a good experience with our dryer vent, we decided to have them back a second time to clean the ducts in our home. Once again we were impressed by how professional they were, the respect they showed our home and the pride they showed in the quality of their work. They truly went above and beyond to help us with a duct issue that was preventing good air flow to one of our bedrooms; although it wasn't related to the cleaning they were there to provide they took it upon themselves to correct the issue (without charging us extra) and we are so grateful for their assistance! I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future or to recommend them to everyone I know.
