Jason and his installation team were fantastic! His sales presentation was professional and his explanations were very thorough. The crew called twice on the day of installation, letting me know how they were progressing and when they would arrive at my house. Even though they were held up at the first job, there was no rushing to 'get the job done' and when they left there was virtually nothing to clean up. Jason did a telephone follow up to see how everything went; I can't remember the last time any trade did that! The only dissappointment is they don't do spray foam insulation because I would have them do my crawlspace as well. I would recommend Affordable Insulation to anyone.
