I called and asked for the free estimate, Andre Glazer came out to see us. He was just fabulous! He went up and checked the roof out, then came in and sat down to explain it out to us and do the quote. Andre was very patient, explaining things I didn't understand, he took his time and treated us like a million dollar customer. Andre checked back with us a few times, to make sure things were being set up the way we wanted. I don't know how to express how wonderful it has been to deal with Andre, even when I called him, he was never in a hurry and dealt with any little thing I needed. Their crew went right to work stripping the old roof off, Shingles were flying and it was off in no time. I went out to watch, and was so impressed at how fast they worked. From the ice & water shield to the little finishing pieces, everyone was very efficient in their jobs. When it came time to clean up, our gutters were cleaned, every scrap that escaped the tarps was picked up. They went over and over, with the magnet to make sure even the nails were gone. The roof looks amazing!
