I have hired Markham Garage Doors to install new doors and openers in two of my homes. I recently had an issue with my Richards-Wilcox (RW) doors (which I really like). Chris came to examine the issue and contacted the RW rep. The RW Regional Manager came to look at the issue. It was all resolved quickly and efficiently with no cost me.
