We had a half-demo'd basement bathroom that we needed to be fully demo'd and then re-built. Danny the estimator was the most professional estimator we met. The general contractor Mike was terrific, and advised us to buy all our fixtures ahead of time, and how much of everything we needed. I recommend this advice, btw, because it makes the reno go so much more smoothly when you already have all the components there. Mike also gave us the great tip of the cheap tiles at Olympia's discount outlet. The team they brought were amazing! Professional, tidy and best of all they completed everything on time, which was very important to us. We'd definitely hire them again!

We have an old house with a crappy HVAC system. The duct work was all wrong, and wasn't letting the perfectly good furnace and AC unit do their jobs. Northwood suggested we get a designer (we did) and then they implemented the design perfectly. This involved cutting holes in floors, jamming ducts into skinny areas, figuring out how to push air effectively, hand-milling new ducts, and basically getting your hands dirty. Really dirty. Brian told us what to expect and we went with his advice. Super kudos to Santo for his extra hard work and surprisingly kind treatment of our cat! Santo really went above and beyond on this one. Our home is now warm, thanks to Northwood.
