My basement flooded last month and I had to fix the problem urgently. It was a seamless process – from Nico, the estimator, to Andrew Feskiv and his team. Andrew Feskiv is not only knowledgeable, he is honest and views CUSTOMER SATISFACTION as a priority. He goes to great length to ensure that his clients are happy with the work and quote. The winter weather created some challenges on scheduling work. Andrew divided the project into 4 sections to ensure that each section was completed on the same day. He stayed on top of the project and assigned his workers when the weather allowed it. He came every day to inspect the work and kept me posted on the development. As the water valve installed in the basement had to be inspected by the city before the hole could be closed, he was able to get the city inspector to come the next day and subsequently despatched his workers that afternoon to complete the project. The team worked diligently and responsibly and the supervisor, Igor junior, ensured that I was happy with the condition of the worksite before leaving for the day. He even went to the extent of mopping my basement after installing the back water valve. I highly recommend Aqua Tech for waterproofing.
