Quality video. Intuitive search. But sales rep. promised: 1. compatible with NAS servers 2. a pos/surveillance overlay feature 3. camera housing wiper feature. None worked. Owner in Calgary, completely indifferent to my level of (dis)satisfaction threatened to call sheriff to remove system if I didn't pay invoice completely. lol. Will now spend an additional $3500 bringing my old mobotics (NAS compatible) system online. Their 90-120 day turnover of techs speaks volumes.
