My parents' sewage drain was clogged, and I made an emergency request on HomeStars during the Easter Weekend. Blair came out the next morning to tackle the problem, and discovered a small animal had climbed into the pipe and perished, poor thing, and created the blockage. Blair was prompt and courteous, with a sense of humour - he said "that was a new story to tell the guys", cause I can only imagine how disturbing and smelly it was to pull a dead animal out of a pipe when you least expect it! We will be using his services in the future!
