I saw an entire house built by James and thought that his implementation of eco-friendly ideas was thoughtful and still made a bit of a style statement. Concrete floor on the main level, concrete countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as the shower all coming in less than hardwood floors or granite countertops and equally as functional. Great work!
