I am thoroughly impressed with Brock Doors and Windows. It offers excellent product and customer service. We had all our windows and patio door replaced. The sales person, Philip, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Instead of pressuring us to make the purchase right away, he invited us to the showroom and spend the time to demonstrate and explain all the products. I really like been able to see and touch the product before signing up for anything. They even have a playroom for the toddler in the showroom, how thoughtful. The windows were ready a few weeks before the time quoted. The installation crew were professional, quick and friendly. We are very pleased with the quality of windows. We will definitely choose Brock next time when we need new doors. I would highly recommend Brock Windows and Doors!
