I secured the services of Call Jamie for drywalling, mudding/tapping and painting of my basement development based on the reviews on Home Stars. I could not have been happier with the job and, most of all, the professionalizm I received. We hired Jamie for the job around Christmas and he was very busy at the time. He ended up having to use someone that he normally doesn't use for the drywall and kidding/tapping. The paint was then applied. We were not at all happy with the results. It looked like someone with no experience at the trade had completed the work. Every corner needed to be redone as well as several other bad spots. I was worried we would be taken for a ride as we had already paid and there would be no incentive for Jamie to come take care of this. I couldn't have been more wrong. Within 5 minutes of contacting Jamie he called us and we spoke about our issue. He promised to come over the next day. Jamie arrived the next day and, after many apologies, said he would personally take care of it. And he did! He showed up every evening for about a week until we were happy with the job. He basically had to redo the entire basement. We were thrilled with the results. Jamie went above and beyond our expectations and even treated us with a gift card to the Keg for our understanding.
