I spent a lot of time searching for a builder who had expertise in constructing a home with a legal basement suite. After much research, I landed on Oggi Homes. They have the experience I was looking for when it came to legal suites in a new home, as they have completed many similar projects in the past. The main contact at the company was Mario. He was fantastic to deal with. He is extremely caring and dealt with all of my questions in a quick and professional manner. There were absolutely no delays in the construction timeline, in fact, they were able to deliver the finished product early. With any new build, there are always at least a few issues that can be expected to come up along the way. I was very happy with how these issues were handled, as Mario always went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Oggi Homes for my next project!
