James was very prompt, arriving 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment. I am always worried about set times, as I had appointments I needed to get to after the cleaning. The cleaning time was also very accurate-which I appreciated. I was really impressed with the finished results as our basement carpets were heavily worn, and pet "loved". It smells fresh and I can now tell how dirty the carpets were, now the job is complete. I also felt that the price was good value for the results, and liked the flexibility in booking a time that worked for us both!
