When furniture arrived, almost every piece was scratched/damaged, plus mirror, scratched. Whole end of night table smashed off. Mattress was all ripped with black marks down the side. Tall boy also had multiple scratch It took three months, with multiple visits before we finally received acceptable products. We made countless phone calls to Furniture Giants but they showed very little interest in making the situation right.
