Very good, polite people. Acting like they knew what they were doing (they probably really did). I will definitely use their services again. Also I will tell all of my friends and family that if they are ever in need of a duct cleaning to go directly to them, and not to mess around with other companies who try to empty your wallet for swabbing a q-tip in your vent.

The people who came in to install/replace our modem for our internet were terribly rude. They talked amongst themselves about a vacation that one of their families were going on. They never once talked to us other than "where is it?" and "Ok we're done." Which I don't expect to know their life story, but politeness would have been nice.
