Put a nail in pipe while locating a stud. Called 5 plumbers,Roto rooter was the only one that returned call promptly and was able to arrive within 2 hours (had said within the hour, however, after exceptional work, I got over that part). Robert immediately had a plan of action, knew the cost and went straight to work, finishing within 30 minutes. He was polite, professional and knew what he was doing. Will definitely call on Roto rooter again and will be asking for Robert.
