While the work performed was excellent, I have had difficulty as Bishop Mercier did not pay the CSST for the workers employed to do the work. As a result, the Quebec Government CSST held me responsible for unpaid fees and billed me $ 6,400.00 that they could not collect from Bishop Mercier. Jim Bishop has not answered my calls and has refused to reimburse me.
