Entrance Patio, Steps, Posts,& Side of House Interlocking
Lee poured a new concrete slab that does not line up with the existing porch. New posts are not centred on step. Blamed it on the porch not being straight. Like a fool I accepted this explanation. The replacement posts are really poor workmanship, some of the front patio stones are uneven and have sunk. Side interlocking work is better but some poor workmanship there too that was never fixed. As usual, Lee was rushing to the next job and said he would come back to fix up the problems. He did come back to fix up the posts but they aren't any better than the original. I emailed him numerous times in the fall of 2015 and he kept saying he was coming back. Then he just stopped replying to my emails. I held back $500. Not nearly enough to cover the cost of fixing this mess. Lee and his crew seemed like nice people. I did check his references and thought I'd hired an honest contractor. He did not keep his word and that just makes the situation so much worse. I really wish I could rate Lee Group Landscaping a 10.

Phyliss, I'm surprised to see the zero rating, however I do understand your concerns. The slab that maybe out of square is due to the roof not being square. But to accomidate the existing roof the pad would be off from the door, much more noticeable. The front patio stones are uneven and have sunk?if there arrvstonws that have settled I'd be happy to look at them for you. I felt we had a good working relationship as you refered me to two of your neighbours and talked in great detail of future work to be done in your backyard. Regards Lee
